All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
- We accept returns within 30 days if they are defective or damaged.
- If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Returned items must be in original condition, including tags, booklets, and labels.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one for certain reason.

- 15% restocking fee will apply to some returns.
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise if you use one of our pre-printed return shipping labels.
To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (60 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Buyer no longer wants the items – this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Baby Goods. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after.
- Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else – Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order.
After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
We cannot exchange the item for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com to get return shipping address.
